Issue XXXVII – Welcome!
Little fun fact…
It takes about 10 hours to prep an NFL football for game day — scrubbing off the factory shine, breaking in the leather, roughing up the grip — because apparently even the ball needs a glow-up before it's ready for its close-up.
And since each quarterback has their own preference for how they want the football to feel in their hands, most teams have an entire employee position (or two) dedicated to getting things just right. It’s a whole operation!
