Welcome to my little corner of the internet—an online sports space free from the Brads & Chads of the world. As a former sports journalist-turned marketer-turned sports public relations professional, I’ve seen how women are constantly overlooked, ignored, or humiliated when it comes to having an opinion about sports. Or gasp! - They dare to ask questions, only to be laughed out of the room by a men with walnuts for brains.

So, I decided enough was enough! Women shouldn’t feel dumb for wanting to learn about sports. So, I created Her Sports Desk.

My mission for each issue isn’t to bring you breaking news (you’ve got social media, ESPN, The GIST, etc. for that), but rather to help you understand the ins and outs of sports, what’s happening & why, the history, and catch you up on the terminology.

Delivered to your inbox every Monday morning @ 8 AM ET, you can expect in-depth information on one main topic, seasonal breakout sections, and one new vocabulary term.
